How the work breaks down

Five kinds of work, one team

We split everything we do into five groups so you can find what you need faster. Each group below lists the specific services it covers — if what you have in mind isn't named, ask anyway. There's a good chance it falls under one of these.

01 — Ground up

New Construction

Custom homes and buildings, built from the ground up. We coordinate the full project — site work, foundation, framing, mechanicals, and finish — so there's one team accountable from day one to keys in hand.

What this covers

  • Custom Homes
  • Barndominiums
  • Garages
  • Sheds
  • Workshops
  • Patios
  • Decks

02 — Inside the house

Remodels & Interior

When the bones of the house are good but the inside doesn’t fit how you live anymore, this is the work we take on. Kitchens that need to function differently, bathrooms that haven’t been touched in twenty years, floors that need to come up. We handle the planning, the demo, and the rebuild.

What this covers

  • Remodels
  • Kitchen Updates
  • Bath Updates
  • Flooring
  • Drywall
  • Painting

03 — Outside the house

Exterior & Finishes

The work that protects the building and gives it its face. Siding that has to stand up to Texas weather, stucco repair and resurfacing, fence lines that need rebuilding, awnings and trim. The exterior side of finishing what's already there.

What this covers

  • Siding
  • Stucco Work
  • Painting
  • Fencing
  • Awnings

04 — Structure & openings

Openings & Framing

The structural and weather-tight pieces. Framing for new construction or additions, concrete pours for slabs and footings, doors and windows when something needs to be replaced or moved. The pieces that change the shape of a building.

What this covers

  • Framing
  • Concrete Work
  • Doors
  • Windows

05 — Mechanical work

Electrical & Plumbing

In-house electrical and plumbing for the rest of the work we do. Rough-in during a remodel or new build, finish work, replacements, and the small fixes that come up mid-project. With these trades in-house, the schedule doesn’t slip waiting on a sub to show up.

What this covers

  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
One team, start to finish

One company.
The whole job.

We handle the work from quote to keys. You’re not juggling four contractors, and the person who answers the phone is the same person walking the job site with you.

  • One point of contact

Mike walks every job himself. The person who scoped it is the same person on the final walk-through.

  • All the trades coordinated

Framing, electrical, plumbing, finish — on one schedule, so the days don't slip and the gaps don't end up on your bill.

  • The last five percent

Punch list closed. Trim caulked. Site cleaned. We treat the finish the same as the rough — because that's the part you live with.

You hire one company. We take it from there.

How a project goes

A short, honest process

Three steps, in order, with no surprises in between.

  1. Conversation

We talk through what you want to do, what's already there, and what the constraints are. No quote pressure.

  2. Estimate & timeline

If the project's a fit, you get a written estimate and a realistic timeline. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so.

  3. Build

We coordinate the trades, manage the schedule, and walk the site with you so you always know where things stand.
